Aid Station Supplies

Below is a list of all items that will be delivered to the aid station locations including equipment, supplies, food and first aid items.  Also listed are some suggested items you may want to bring for your personal comfort while you are working the aid station – keep in mind some people will be out there as little as a few hours and some all day or even all weekend, so please prepare accordingly (you are welcome to eat aid station food, but you may tire of this and may want to consider packing your own lunch).  Please feel free to add your own personal touches to the aid stations, provide additional food items and more – please just let us know what you plan on providing additional.  Keep in mind the lists below are a guide and there may be some slight variations.
