I know that participating in a trail race is a potentially hazardous activity. I enter and run this race certifying that I am medically able and properly trained. I assume any and all risks associated with running this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of extreme weather, and the conditions of the trails. Knowing these facts and in consideration with your acceptance of my entry fee, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue, and waive, release, and discharge the organizer of this event - Rocksteady Running LLC (DBA Superior \"Fall\" Trail Race) and any individual and organization associated with the trail run; local government and police; volunteers, and any and all sponsors, including their agents, employees, assigns or anyone acting for or on their behalf, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury foreseen or unforeseen, known and unknown. The undersigned further grants full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legal purpose. I also understand that any entry fees I pay are non-refundable. I agree to abide by the rules and decisions of race officials.
